Growing up immersed in the McDonald’s franchise business with her family, Victoria developed a deep understanding of hard work and entrepreneurship from a young age. Today, she brings this foundation to her role as Marketing and Business Development Director at Brandise Construction, where she leverages her diverse skill set to drive growth and innovation.

With extensive experience in HR, hiring, recruiting, management, event planning, web and graphic design, as well as a wide range of hobbies, she is often referred to as a Renaissance woman. Her multifaceted background enables her to approach challenges with a unique perspective, ensuring comprehensive solutions and effective strategies.

Victoria is passionate about finding the Blue Ocean of the construction world by building strong business relationships and innovating new tools and resources for Brandise Construction's clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys racing quads, camping, cooking, creating art, singing, and playing lacrosse, among other pursuits.

As someone who is new to Las Vegas, she is eager to connect with fellow industry professionals, prospective clients, or anyone passionate about construction and business development.
