Lucas brings the values and vision of a proud third-generation leader to his family’s business. Having spent summers working on job sites from an early age, he developed a deep respect for the industry experiencing firsthand the impact of creating spaces that enhance daily life. Lucas pursued his BBS in Finance and Real Estate at the University of San Diego, equipping him with a strong foundation he applies daily, both in the field and office.

Lucas prioritizes communication, often emphasizing that, “We’re in the business of communication,” underscoring his belief that clear, consistent dialogue is at the heart of every successful project. This commitment to open communication fosters trust and collaboration, a philosophy he upholds with clients and colleagues alike. Known for his personable approach, Lucas finds the greatest reward in seeing clients' satisfaction as their dream projects come to life, valuing these relationships as central to BCC's success.

With aspirations to expand Brandise Construction beyond Las Vegas, Lucas’s leadership is forward-thinking and growth-oriented. He’s also committed to continuous learning—his frequent use of Spanish on job sites has inspired him to further his language studies, including learning Japanese to keep his mind sharp. Outside of work, Lucas channels his adventurous spirit into racing quads, camping, flying RC planes, and spending quality time with family, finding balance and inspiration in these passions.
