Cory Chandler began his construction career right out of high school, working for his uncle’s general contracting company—a natural path given that his father was also a superintendent. Starting as a laborer, Cory worked his way up through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in framing, drywall, taping, doors and frames, and millwork. By the age of 25, his strong work ethic and technical skill led him to begin superintending small projects.

Cory’s philosophy is simple: always put clients first. He believes that open communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail are key to delivering quality results and lasting relationships. Known for his thoroughness and reliability, Cory takes pride in learning something new on every project and continually improving his craft.

Looking ahead, Cory is eager to expand his experience into ground-up construction, where he can bring his broad field knowledge and commitment to excellence to larger-scale builds.
